We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union countries. Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 28 business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.

• United Kingdom: 7-18 working days after shipment.
• European Union: 10-21 working days after shipment, depending on the destination country.

Every bag passes our rigorous 50-point authentication checklist covering stitching, hardware, date codes, serial numbers, leather quality and provenance. A certificate of authenticity is included with every order.

We offer a 30-day return policy for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted by mail. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item first and place a new order separately.

EU and UK customers also have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the item, where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once a return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
