Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated transit time is 6–12 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
