Are all bags 100% authentic?

Yes. Every bag sold on Artbags has been inspected and authenticated by our team. We verify stitching, hardware, date codes, serial numbers and leather quality. If a bag does not pass our authentication process, we do not list it.

How does the authentication process work?

When we receive a bag, our experts perform a 50-point inspection. Each authenticated bag receives a certificate of authenticity that ships with your order.

What condition are the bags in?

Every bag is professionally cleaned and restored before listing. The condition is clearly described in each product listing. Photos show the actual bag you will receive.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We offer free 30-day returns on all purchases. Contact us and we will arrange a free return pickup. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

How is shipping handled?

All orders ship with full insurance. We use premium courier services with tracking. Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express options available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over 500 EUR.

Can I sell my luxury bag through Artbags?

Absolutely. We work with individuals who want to sell their authentic luxury pieces. Contact us at hello@artbags.com with photos of your bag and we will provide a valuation within 48 hours.

Which brands do you carry?

We currently specialize in Louis Vuitton and Chanel, with plans to expand to Hermes, Gucci and Prada. Contact us if you are looking for a specific brand or model.
