How to return your bag
1. Contact us at hello@artbags.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We arrange a free courier pickup from your address.
3. Once we receive the bag, we process your refund within 5 business days.
Return conditions
The bag must be returned in the same condition as received. Original packaging and certificate of authenticity must be included. Items showing signs of use beyond inspection will not be accepted.
